As a (Sr.) Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and ensure excellent service to every customer.

• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain store standards according to guidelines.
• Convey company projects passionately through effective product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant experience in retail or customer service.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Strong customer focus with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Team player.
