About your role

As a Principal Consultant with the CRL team, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering S/4HANA enabled transformation programs, specializing in S/4HANA Finance including Central Finance (CFIN), Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and integration with other modules (MM, EWM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Integrating with upstream and best-of-breed solutions (BlackLine, Trintech, or similar).
• Designing and implementing the Finance Operating Model: defining the future role of Finance and outlining how it will deliver services to the business in terms of process, technology, people, and organization.
• Designing and delivering R2R best practice processes across all sub-process areas, e.g., fixed assets, intercompany, profitability analysis, product costing, project accounting, period-end close, consolidation, etc.
• Leading pre-sales discussions and helping clients shape their Finance transformation roadmap.
• Participating in practice development activities to support sales efforts and internal capability growth.

Requirements

• Broad business skills, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Experience in data gathering, validation, synthesis, documentation, and communication tailored to diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in your country\’s official language(s) and English (C2 proficiency). Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices, with demonstrable experience in Agile SAP implementations and activity planning.
• Experience facilitating design workshops and translating requirements into effective designs.
• Client-facing skills with the ability to lead SAP implementation workstreams through all phases.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a process improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to transfer knowledge effectively and stay updated on current trends and technological advancements.
• A proven track record of professional success, preferably in consulting services.
