HV Site Manager

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in HV cable installation? We\’re looking for a skilled leader to oversee the on-site execution of a major underground HV cable project in Germany. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a landmark energy infrastructure project, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality installation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities related to HV cable installation, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely execution of work packages.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on site operations and milestones.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with contractual obligations.

What We\’re Looking For :

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in HV cable installation , preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of underground cable laying techniques, civil works, and installation standards .
• Familiarity with German safety and environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Fluent in English ; German language skills are a plus.
