Head of QM Strategy Development

In this role, you will lead a team of 10 people in the quality assurance department of a drug originator.

Your main responsibility is to design and implement a forward-looking strategy for the further development of the department. You will analyse the status of your team and develop new approaches to sustainably increase the team’s efficiency and performance.

This includes, among other things, the expansion of the quality management system, the digitalization of processes, and the assessment of the market impact of new products.
