Leader Network and 3PL (f/m/d)

Grohe Logistik Service GmbH is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Leader for Network and 3PL (f/m/d).

In this role, you will serve as the owner and expert for network design and development, with a strong focus on 3PL warehouse logistics. You will play a key role in analyzing, optimizing, and improving logistics.

Your Tasks:

1. Overall responsibility for the network design and ensuring smooth 3PL warehouse operations, including LDC Mechelen.
2. Analyze and improve 3PL logistics to increase efficiency and reduce deficits.
3. Develop and implement process changes aligned with business goals.
4. Act as the main contact between business units and 3PL teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
5. Track project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Guarantee that all processes meet industry regulations and standards.
7. Ensure consistent stock availability through effective planning and stakeholder alignment.
8. Streamline communication between internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Our Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in network design, logistics management, and 3PL operations.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
5. Experience working in an international environment.
6. Proficiency in process optimization and KPI tracking.
7. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
8. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
