SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Hayward Hawk are currently recruiting for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for their client in Germany.

This role is remote first but you may have yo travel to the client site 1-2 times per month, you MUST be located in Germany and speak C1 level German.

The Role :

• Plan, manage, and coordinate SAP SuccessFactors (sub-)projects of various sizes.
• In close collaboration with our customers, design roadmaps for implementing the latest SAP technologies—always with a clear focus on business value contribution.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the Compensation and / or Variable Pay module within the SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
• Advise our customers with your broad and deep expertise, also considering related modules / systems.
• Independently conduct workshops to gather requirements from customers, create implementation concepts, and configure the system based on customer needs.
• Stay up to date with new SAP SuccessFactors features and releases, proactively advising customers on relevant innovations.
• Have experience with an additional SAP SuccessFactors module or are eager to
• expand your expertise.

Requirements :

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional and project experience in the SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
• Strong presentation skills, communication, and negotiation techniques.
• Organizational talent, teamwork, flexibility, passion, and commitment.
• A high level of customer and service orientation.
