Your Mission

1. Consult our customers on the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM and Commerce solutions.
2. Analyze and optimize business processes in supply chain and commerce.
3. Create and implement tailored solution concepts based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM.
4. Assist in developing functional concepts and technical specifications.
5. Conduct workshops and training sessions for customers.
6. Support sales in acquiring and consulting on new customer projects.

Your Profile

1. Several years of experience as a consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM / Commerce or previous versions.
2. Knowledge of retail processes, preferably in retail / omni-channel solutions.
3. Experience with e-commerce platforms (Magento, Salesforce, etc.).
4. Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Enjoy working in a team environment.
7. Passion for continuous personal and professional development.
8. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
9. Willingness to travel.
