Head of Product – Germany, Remote

Our client is building the future of secure, high-performance internet infrastructure.

They’re a leading cybersecurity technology provider, trusted by enterprises worldwide to protect against modern digital threats. Their platform combines advanced DDoS protection, Web Application & API Protection (WAAP), and intelligent traffic management—all built on cloud-native architecture to deliver real-time protection and optimized performance at scale.

We are looking for a Head of Product to lead the evolution of this platform—someone with a sharp product mindset, deep technical fluency, and a passion for building tools that protect the digital world.

The Role

As Head of Product you will:

• Set the Strategic Vision : Define a long-term product strategy that anticipates cybersecurity trends and supports business growth across markets.
• Lead International Teams : Manage cross-functional product teams globally, fostering collaboration and velocity.
• Drive Innovation : Make critical product decisions around build vs. partner, and contribute to M&A strategy to strengthen the portfolio.
• Orchestrate Delivery : Align engineering, operations, marketing, and sales to ensure execution of high-impact releases and platform capabilities.
• Stay Ahead of Threats : Translate emerging cyber risk patterns into roadmap priorities and keep your teams adaptive and forward-looking.

What You Bring

• Cybersecurity Product Leadership : 8+ years in product roles within the cybersecurity or infrastructure SaaS space, ideally with exposure to DDoS mitigation, WAF, or API security.
• International Team Management : 5+ years leading multi-country, cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Strategic & Technical Fluency : Proven experience driving roadmap execution, communicating with executive stakeholders, and making data-informed product calls.
• Strong Communication : the ability to align technical, commercial, and operational audiences.
• Market Awareness : Up-to-date understanding of cloud, edge security, automation, and attacker techniques.
