Senior Sales System Manager (m/f/d) – limited for 12 months

• Lead the \“root cause\“ project as BPO to find and align a sustainable and efficient sales-system setup
• Ensure end-to-end accountability for the Sales Planning Tool and its related processes
• Reduce short-term workload by addressing firefighting activities
• Proactively identify improvement areas in processes and systems to enhance efficiency and data quality
• Expand business steering opportunities provided by the Sales Planning Tool (e.g., P&L Management, Trade Term reporting, Promo Profitability)
• Implement and execute processes related to the Sales Planning Tool (promo planning, trade term input)
• Maintain strong connections with EU RGM and stay informed about discussions on functionalities expected by EU RGM/Finance to manage service providers accordingly

About you

• Experience managing sales tools and related processes
• Deep understanding of commercial planning cycles, including IT systems, interfaces, and data requirements
• Familiarity with the Acumen tool and its functionalities
• Strong business understanding, especially of Sales/KAM workflows
• Attention to detail and a thorough working style focused on long-term impact
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Agility and resilience

This position is available from 1st May 2025 and is based in our German offices. The role is limited to 12 months.
