Solution engineers, SDRs, marketing and channel partners, and pipeline are ready; they just need an Enterprise AE to start closing deals and further build out the market.
- Closing deals of €300-500K ACV with large enterprises, focused on CIO / CTO.
- Running a highly consultative sales approach, with an average cycle of 9 months.
- Leveraging an already strong partner ecosystem (e.g., Deloitte, SVA, and others).
- Meeting performance metrics including €1.3M ARR quota (with ramp-up and professional services counted in) and a €350K revenue target in 2025.
- Generating 25% of the pipeline self-sourced, with the remainder via SDRs and partners.
You must bring…
- At least 5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in DACH, selling to IT leadership.
- Strong tenures with a proven track record of hitting quota and high performance.
- A proven track record of closing large deals (€400K ACV) with long sales cycles.
- Fluency in German and residing in Germany.
- The ability to open new markets (hustle & hunter mentality).
- Experience working with partner-led sales motions and complex sales environments.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Command of the Message.
- Ideally, a background in IT Operations, Observability, or adjacent infrastructure software.
Besides the ride of your life, you get a strong OTE of up to €260K uncapped + equity.
- An aggressive commission model with serious earning potential.
- The projection is to hire 3-4 more Enterprise AEs in the next 12 months, offering a path to leadership.
