What does the ROLE entail?

  1. Responsible for the entire personnel administration, including contract creation, reference letters, change agreements, etc.
  2. Maintaining and managing employee records in SuccessFactors and other internal HR systems.
  3. Administer end-to-end Time & Attendance processes.
  4. Gather data, input, and communicate with the Payroll provider.
  5. Communicate with relevant external local institutions.
  6. Manage the recruitment process across the EU Region: creating job advertisements, reviewing applications, conducting kick-off meetings and interviews, and preparing job offers.
  7. Advise and support employees and local managers on labor law and HR-related issues (e.g., contracts, salaries, vacations, benefits, conflict mediation).
  8. Manage the On- & Off-boarding process, including arranging for working equipment, liaising with IT, conducting regular meetings with all employees of the site, exit interviews, and stay interviews.
  9. Promote staff engagement and coordinate staff events to improve motivation and morale.
  10. Work on special projects assigned by the Regional Senior HR Manager Europe, such as HR process optimization, culture change projects, HR analytics, etc.
  11. Assist in implementing employee development and training programs.

Requirements

What should YOU bring to the table?

  1. Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  2. 3-4 years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist.
  3. Previous experience with recruitment A-Z process, preferably at an international level.
  4. Good knowledge of German labor law and personnel administration.
  5. Preferably some experience working in an international company.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  7. Good written and spoken skills in German and English (at least B1 level). Other foreign languages are a plus.
  8. Soft skills: problem-solving ability, empathy, dealing with uncertainty, resilience, adaptability to change, initiative, and openness to working in a complex international environment.
