Your Mission

Be a key part of our People Team as Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d). Lead our recruitment process from attracting talent to onboarding, and drive projects to enhance our talent acquisition strategies. Help us grow and improve our hiring processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Tech, Operations, and Revenue.
  • Create compelling job descriptions that reflect enmacc’s employer brand.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through various channels, building a talent pipeline.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and transparent hiring process.
  • Identify effective recruiting channels.
  • Enhance candidate experience and strengthen enmacc’s reputation as an employer.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes using data and best practices.

Who You Are

  • This is a fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.
  • 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced environments or SaaS/tech sectors.
  • Experience recruiting technical roles; familiarity with energy sector is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, ideally Greenhouse.
  • Excellent English communication; German skills are advantageous.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and autonomous.
  • Experience with employer branding and talent development is a plus.
  • Willing to travel to Munich once a month for at least 2 days.
