Your Tasks:

• Coordinate the workflow for handling incidents
• Analyze existing incidents in collaboration with the business, project teams, and third parties
• Develop solutions and fixes for tickets
• Support colleagues in resolving incidents
• Set and track timeframes for incident processing
• Evaluate risks and efforts, and propose appropriate solutions
• Manage knowledge transfer between teams (handover)
• Collaborate closely with delivery and business units

Your Profile:

• University degree in (business) computer science, information systems, or equivalent education and experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT
• Good knowledge of Banking/Financial Services, preferably maintenance area
• Proficiency in Java is essential
• Knowledge of Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL
• Delphi knowledge is a plus
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to quality
• Structured working approach
• Fluent in English and German; Spanish is a plus
