How you will create an impact:

• Identify, understand, and analyze business requirements in close collaboration with finance stakeholders
• Create requirement documents and design innovative global solution concepts
• Implement solutions into SAP following best practices, in alignment with stakeholders
• Ensure SAP FI/CO process compliance and finance process excellence using Signavio
• Participate actively in the global S/4 HANA rollout, focusing on legal and local requirements
• Serve as a global contact for finance key users
• Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and support application issues at second and third levels
• Manage relationships with internal teams, external service providers, and software vendors
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and technical configurations related to applications
• Attend external workshops, conferences, and trade fairs to stay updated on current trends

About you:

• Apprenticeship as IT specialist or bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, IT, or related fields such as business administration
• Approximately 5 years of SAP FI/CO in-house consultancy experience
• Experience with international S/4 HANA rollouts, ideally in public cloud implementations
• Strong understanding of international financial requirements
• Good knowledge of SAP modules like PS or SD
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical info to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams
• User-focused approach, understanding needs and ensuring application satisfaction
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English for international communication
