Take care of our order processing and coordination of orders.

Organizing our inspection, repair and maintenance services.

Guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality.

Further development and implementation of service processes, including the development of external partners.

Responsible for the service budget, sales increase, and profitability for the service business.

You develop solutions to problems in direct customer dialog and expand customer relationships around service.

You are resilient, assertive, and decisive.

Highly committed and communicative.

You are characterized by solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.

What you should bring with you:

You have technical vocational training, e.g. as an electrician, electronics or mechatronics technician; ideally with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman or a comparable qualification.

You have several years of leadership experience.

Ideally industry and product knowledge or several years of experience in the maintenance of mechatronic systems.

You have a strong customer focus and an independent, motivating, and results-oriented way of working.

Partial willingness to travel.

Proficiency in German and English is required.

You are confident with MS Office and ERP systems.
