Description: The selected doctoral student will contribute to a project investigating the phenotypic and functional properties of dendritic cells in the epididymis using advanced techniques such as scRNA-Seq, CODEX, flow cytometry, and confocal microscopy. The research aims to understand the region-specific antigen capture and T-cell activation in physiological conditions, as well as the role of dendritic cells in acute bacterial epididymitis. The position offers opportunities for academic development, including participation in national/international conferences and a structured qualification program.
