  • You have completed training or studies in the luxury hotel industry or gastronomy and have several years of experience in sales, marketing, and team leadership.
  • Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.

Your Passion:

  • As a brand ambassador for Althoff Hotels, you travel and bring back new business and customers.
  • You design, plan, and execute sales campaigns and events, providing excellent service to our customers.
  • You monitor the competition, develop new concepts, identify key markets and trends, and increase sales.
  • You motivate and develop your team through coaching, training, and education.
  • You prepare reports, manage budgets, and optimize standards and processes.
  • You hold a key position responsible for the strategic and operational management of the sales department, coordinating all sales activities.
  • You develop and manage all sales initiatives and maintain the hotel\’s online and offline image and communication with clients and partners.
