• Completed engineering studies at university level; BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
• Overall experience between 8 to 12 years, with at least 5 years in embedded software development and/or system integration
• Knowledge of Embedded Linux, ideally Yocto, and Systemd
• Proficiency in Senior C++ and Python
• Experience with gRPC and other middleware technologies
• Familiarity with VS Code, CMake, GitHub
• Strong debugging skills and analytical mindset
• Deep understanding of software development principles, object-oriented design, design patterns, architectural styles, and best practices in software engineering
• Preferred experience in Medical Devices product design
• Experience with performance measurement tools like Valgrind, Sysprof, Perf, etc.
• Ability to debug across hardware/software boundaries
• Experience with static/dynamic code analysis and code coverage
• Knowledge of build tools
• Open communicator, capable of liaising with multiple teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Integration: Ensure correct integration of modules from various developers and teams; collaborate to resolve issues
• System Validation and Testing: Develop and execute tests; conduct system-level testing; utilize automated testing tools
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Analyze and debug system issues; utilize diagnostic tools; collaborate on fixes
• Documentation and Reporting: Document processes, test plans, and results; report progress; maintain records
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with cross-functional teams; communicate effectively; plan and improve integration processes
