Country Manager – Indonesia (m/f/d)

Located in Greater Jakarta

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, manage, and cooperate with distributors in Indonesia. Maintain and develop relationships with distributors at all relevant levels (owners, managers, staff).
2. Develop and deliver business plans and financial projections for the sales territory to ensure optimal performance and achievement of targets. Monitor implementation processes.
3. Implement marketing and pricing policies, and establish sales strategies based on market trends and competitor activities in the region.
4. Monitor sales and revenue performance, and initiate corrective measures when necessary.
5. Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and visit laboratories and hospitals with them.
6. Maintain high-level product knowledge and ensure distributor teams have the necessary technical, product, and market knowledge to meet targets.
7. Ensure optimal utilization and deployment of internal resources (Marketing, Technical, Finance, etc.) to achieve targets.
8. Identify gaps and training needs in distributor teams and organize appropriate training sessions.
