• Three 8-month missions in different areas of supply chain and operations, e.g., Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Project Management Office, Quality and Food Safety, Manufacturing, Digital & Performance.
• Responsibility for operational activities
• Leading cross-functional projects to optimize processes and increase efficiency
• Development of strategic concepts, e.g., for sustainability, logistics productivity, or digital transformation
• Identify your strengths and interests to take on a challenging role after the program; leadership trainings and mentorship will support this journey

About you

• First practical experience in supply chain or operations
• Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments
• Openness to relocating during the program
• Flexibility to travel within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Fluent in English; German language skills are highly appreciated

The position is limited to 2 years in our offices in Nürnberg, München, or Frankfurt.
