Your tasks:
- Contact person for the customer and service personnel
- Support with technical problems and product-specific inquiries
- Planning the assignments of the service technicians
- Taking over the spare parts management
- Carrying out coordination with the specialist departments
- Observation of the market, determination of demand and sale of active service products in cooperation with after sales service and sales department
Your profile:
- Completed technical training in the fields of electronics, mechatronics, mechanics or a comparable discipline
- Professional experience as a service employee or assembly technician
- Technical affinity and your sure instinct in dealing with customers
- Readiness for 24/7 shift
- Experience with SAP as well as MS Office would be an advantage
- Good written and spoken German and English skills and strong communication skills
- Independent and responsible way of working
- High technical understanding
