Technical project manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Contact person for the customer and service personnel
• Support with technical problems and product-specific inquiries
• Planning the assignments of the service technicians
• Taking over the spare parts management
• Carrying out coordination with the specialist departments
• Observation of the market, determination of demand and sale of active service products in cooperation with after sales service and sales department

Your profile:

• Completed technical training in the fields of electronics, mechatronics, mechanics or a comparable discipline
• Professional experience as a service employee or assembly technician
• Technical affinity and your sure instinct in dealing with customers
• Readiness for 24/7 shift
• Experience with SAP as well as MS Office would be an advantage
• Good written and spoken German and English skills and strong communication skills
• Independent and responsible way of working
• High technical understanding
