The primary purpose of this role is to to drive growth and manage a diverse customer and prospect portfolio within your designated territory.
If you\’re a passionate sales professional with a talent for building relationships, crafting strategic sales plans, and closing impactful deals, this role is made for you!

What Youâll Do
- Drive growth: Manage a portfolio of larger-profile customers and explore new prospects within Growth Markets.
- Build strong relationships: Develop and nurture connections with customers to secure additional business, leveraging your consultative sales approach.
- Sales strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to introduce new sales opportunities and cross-sell Coltâs innovative services and solutions.
- Revive dormant customers: Rebuild relationships with inactive customers by offering tailored solutions that meet their current needs and bring them back on board.
- Customer engagement: Develop a comprehensive contact strategy to ensure engagement across all levels within the customerâs organisation.
- Collaborate & succeed: Work closely with colleagues across multiple functions to deliver the best solutions and services to our customers.
What Weâre Looking For
Previous experience in a consultative sales environment (tech would be great or a growth mindset if not!).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about new products and solutions.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
