Hamilton Central Europe, located in Timisoara, Romania, develops and produces microliter syringes, needles, dosing pumps, pipetting modules, and accessories for laboratories and medical devices used in intensive care units. We also provide financial accounting services for the Hamilton companies.

How you can make a difference:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets within your territory for Hamilton’s OEM product portfolio.
  2. Identify and prioritize key OEM customers and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
  3. Expand the customer base, penetrate new markets, and increase sales volumes with existing clients.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market expansion.
  5. Travel within the territory to meet customers, attend meetings, and participate in sales activities.
  6. Prepare regular activity reports.
  7. Align sales objectives with company goals in collaboration with your line manager.
  8. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with OEM customers to maximize profitability.
  9. Provide product training and technical support to OEM customers.
  10. Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
  11. Monitor sales performance metrics and take proactive measures to achieve targets.
  12. Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports, offering insights and recommendations.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes, adjusting strategies as needed.
  14. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

What you bring along:

  1. MSc in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or equivalent expertise.
  2. Proven success in OEM sales, preferably in liquid handling.
  3. Strong understanding of OEM sales processes, including contracts and supply chain management.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  6. Willingness to travel within the territory and attend industry events; valid driver’s license required.
  7. Ability to work remotely from home.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  9. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
