Bio-Rad is seeking a Resin Sales Specialist (f,m,d) for our Process Chromatography Business Unit , to target Downstream Process customers across Northern, Central, & Eastern Europe. You will nurture leads, build relationships, troubleshoot DSP challenges, and act as the subject matter expert in resin chromatography within your sales territory. You will work closely with a resilient team to ensure high customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

How You’ll Make An Impact

1. Consult customers on method development, advise on resin media use, troubleshoot DSP processes, and optimize workflows.
2. Maintain high customer interaction through sales meetings and build new relationships.
3. Develop your profile as the DSP resin expert, plan and forecast effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Organize customer seminars, workshops, represent the company at exhibitions, and support post-sales solutions with Field Application Specialists.
5. Support the OTC process from quoting to delivery, with travel up to 25-40%.

What You Bring

1. PhD/MS in Chemistry, Bio-Pharmacology, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or similar.
2. At least 3 years of industry-related process chromatography experience, with 5 years in resin expertise; some sales experience is preferred.
3. Deep knowledge of chromatography techniques, with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical settings (non-GMP and GMP).
4. Excellent communication skills in German and English, sales-driven attitude, and willingness to travel within Central Europe.
5. Comfortable using digital platforms like Microsoft Teams, email, and AI tools.
