Senior Product Designer, Web

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product design team to elevate our desktop experiences and marketing pages. Combining smart layout choices and high fidelity visual design, you’ll bring product experiences to new audiences and devices.

As a Product Designer, you\’ll have the trust to implement your vision while collaborating with talented designers, developers, and product managers who are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.

What You\’ll Do:

1. Create landing pages
2. Develop page structures, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for web
3. Position products and features in content and layout that make an impact
4. Contribute to the marketing design system of typography, color, components, and graphics
5. Develop product features for web, including designing features for the web version of the Crypto.com app, fitting and adjusting existing features for the web, or developing new experiences
6. Contribute to the web design system
7. Create visuals and animations
8. Develop graphics using tools like C4D, Adobe Suite, and AI
9. Create product mockups showcasing app experiences
10. Develop graphics related to the Crypto.com brand
11. Set measurable goals for website and page performance
12. Research and analyze current analytics using tools like Mixpanel
13. Define tracking requirements with PMs and developers

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Understanding of crypto basics and trading
• 4+ years of experience as a digital product designer
• Experience designing professional websites and brand identities
• Proficiency in Figma, components, variables, and styles
• Basic skills in graphic tools like C4D, Blender, Adobe Suite, AI
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of user-centered design and UX principles
• Ability to select appropriate research methods
• Product vision articulation and data-driven decision making
• Excellent presentation skills and stakeholder communication
• Leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
