German Junior Marketing Specialist in Barcelona

In this role, you\’ll help German agencies and businesses launch and optimize their online advertising campaigns, making a real impact on their success.

Purpose of the Role:

As a Campaign Specialist, you\’ll work closely with clients in the German market, guiding them through their first digital advertising campaigns. It\’s a target-driven role where you\’ll work towards both individual goals and contribute to a collaborative onboarding team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted consultant, assisting clients to onboard and create impactful PPC campaigns.
• Understand customer needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions to help them grow.
• Drive spend, upsell opportunities, and long-term campaign sustainability.
• Manage a high volume of client interactions daily via phone, ensuring top-quality support.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• BA / BS degree or equivalent (an MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• A strong desire to meet and exceed productivity, customer satisfaction, and target goals.
• Excellent communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
• Effective time management and self-organization skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for optimization.
• Client-focused with a passion for customer interaction and business success.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Native level of German.
• High proficiency in English.
