About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Content Producer to lead the agenda and speaker curation for our B2B technology conferences for Aurora Live members in Germany. This role involves working at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and innovation, shaping programs that attract senior decision-makers from Germany\’s most influential tech-driven companies.

You will be responsible for researching trends, identifying thought leaders, and building strong relationships with C-level executives, policymakers, and innovators from major German enterprises.

What You\’ll Contribute:

1. Design conference agendas reflecting pressing trends in enterprise tech such as digital transformation, AI, Industry 4.0, sustainability, and cybersecurity.
2. Identify, recruit, and secure high-caliber speakers, including C-suite executives, technologists, and thought leaders from top German companies and institutions.
3. Conduct deep market and industry research to inform content strategy.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling narratives and ensure content aligns with the event\’s brand and positioning.
5. Manage timelines, speaker briefings, and collaboration coordination leading up to the event.

What We\’re Looking For

1. At least 3 years of experience in conference production, content curation, or B2B media, with a proven track record of securing high-level decision-maker speakers, especially within German tech or industrial sectors.
2. Demonstrated success in securing senior speakers (VP/C-level) from leading corporations or public institutions.
3. Strong understanding of Germany\’s tech and enterprise landscape, including key players in software, industrial tech, mobility, and digital innovation.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently and accurately.
6. A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and business trends.
