Fluid EngineerPermanent roleHybrid onsite in Bochum (up to 1 day remote working per week)Suitable for:Process Engineers for Fluid TechnologyMechanical Engineers with a focus on Fluid Mechanics.iO Associates are partnered with an innovative company in the semiconductor industry, dedicated to developing solutions for improved semiconductor manufacturing and processing.Requirements:In-depth knowledge of fluid technology components: pumps, valves, sensors, pipes, and hoses.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in assembling and commissioning test fluid systems.Experience in designing and dimensioning fluid systems and pipelines.Professional experience in plant engineering or special machine construction.Proficiency in CAD software, for example Autodesk InventorDesirable: Knowledge of pneumatics and advanced filtration technologies.Responsibilities:Design and layout fluid systems for special machinery, including pumping, filtration, monitoring, and pneumatics.Plan and execute prototype tests for fluid and pneumatic systems.Support assembly and integration of fluid systems into larger machines.Create technical documentation: manuals, flow diagrams, specifications, system descriptions, and test reports.Collaborate with mechanical design, electrical engineering, software development, procurement, and project management teams.Perform inspections and maintenance, identifying optimization opportunities.If you are Mechanical or Process Engineer with expertise in fluid systems and components such as pumps, valves, and pipes – please apply today with your updated CV for this urgent role.
