Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction – Ireland
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or similar role
- Background in modular, offsite, or panelised construction is highly desirable but not necessary
- Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of H&S legislation and BCAR
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Proficient in project management software and digital site tools
Key Responsibilities
- Attend initial site visit and assessment.
- Ensure a Dilapidation Survey is carried out and recorded.
- Issue all site requisitions for materials in a timely fashion as per the requisition procedure.
- Review and approve all RAMs.
- Coordinate subcontractor attendance to site and ensure works are completed in the correct sequence in accordance with the Target Schedule.
- Monitor progress against Contract and Internal Construction Programme and notify management of delays or concerns.
- Provide and input data to facilitate the Project Schedule weekly.
- Complete site inductions and ensure site opening times are adhered to (07:30 to 17:30).
- Conduct daily site meetings, coordinate works, identify key risks, and monitor progress.
- Review and approve SPA at Whiteboard Meetings and all permits (Hot works, ladder, Roof Access, Excavation).
- Complete plant arrival inspections, certificates, and regular site inspections.
- Implement health, safety, quality, and environmental policies at site level.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.
- Ensure site organization and housekeeping meet high standards.
- Manage exclusion zones and key interface areas.
- Monitor daily productivity, subcontractor performance, resource levels, and quality of works.
- Monitor, record, and manage daywork items closely.
- Attend relevant site meetings.
- Ensure quality documentation, including site diaries, ITRs, and site inspections, are completed and signed off.
- Work with Site Engineer on NCR, Snag, and BCAR Snag closures, reviewing remedial works and uploading evidence.

Salary : €85,000 to €95,000 Per Annum
