What you\’ll do

1. Execute new product development projects.
2. Develop new approaches, solutions, processes, and products within an agreed timeframe.
3. Manage projects and resources to meet planned objectives.
4. Ensure compliance with Henkel\’s SHE standards, policies, and procedures, and manage the lab and innovation processes.
5. Provide technical support services to Manufacturing and Quality as required.
6. Ensure all new products meet international chemical health and safety requirements and other regulations.
7. Protect Henkel\’s new IP through collaboration with internal and external partners.
8. Provide guidance on patents, trademarks, and proprietary agreements.
9. Approve the technical readiness of raw materials and products, including first production and quality specifications.
10. Test or supervise tests on product stability and performance.
