has a full-time Project Management Lead opportunity available based in Moehringen, Germany.
Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance and meet TESA accreditation requirements.

Role Responsibilities
- Establish and Lead the PMO: Develop and implement a PMO strategy that aligns with the organization\’s goals and objectives.
- Build and manage a high-performing PMO team.
- Foster a culture of project management excellence within the organization.
Project Management Standards and Processes
- Develop, maintain, and enforce project management standards, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements.
Project Governance
Develop and manage project governance frameworks, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure. Ensure project stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Portfolio Management
Develop and maintain a project portfolio management framework to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects and allocate resources.
Project Monitoring and Control
Develop and implement project monitoring and control processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Reporting and Analytics
Develop and maintain project management dashboards and reports to provide insights into project performance. Analyze project data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and best practices.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members. Communicate project status, issues, and risks effectively.
Training and Development
Develop and deliver project management training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization. Mentor and coach project managers.
PMO Optimization and Transformation
Develop and implement a PMO optimization strategy to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and value. Lead PMO transformation initiatives to align with changing business needs. Identify and implement best practices in PMO operations, including process improvements, tool implementation, and organizational design.
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Design, implement, and maintain IAM systems, including authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) protocols. Develop strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, including secure military environments and cloud computing. Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and maintain documentation. Stay updated on emerging IAM trends and collaborate with security teams to ensure alignment with security policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field.
- Master\’s degree preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 in a PMO leadership role.
- Proven experience in PMO optimization and transformation.
Experience in similar industries is desirable.

- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana).
Must possess an active Secret security clearance.

- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies.
- Knowledge of PMBOK, PRINCE2, ITIL frameworks.
- Certifications like ITIL, Six Sigma, Scrum.
- Experience with PMO metrics and benchmarking.
Travel Requirements
Up to 10% travel, including occasional overnight stays. Active passport required for OCONUS travel.
Work Environment
Office setting; ability to work seated at a desk for most of the day. Short-distance travel within facilities may be needed.
