[CFO Finance] Trade Management Team Leader (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Trade Management Team Leader (m/f/d):

• Leadership of the Trade Management organization with people management responsibility
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders, incl. senior management and preparation of reports
• Management of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) based on sales programs, promotions and budget
• Examination and management of yearly agreements
• Clarification of debit notes incl. internal and external customer communication
• Creation and dispatch of sales reports for all internal and external sales areas (customers) and our field service
• Support the company’s sales and risk management

• 10+ years professional experience in a comparable position incl. at least 2 years of leadership experience
• University degree in a relevant field
• Industry knowledge
• Fluent English and German skills, Korean skills are an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Flexible mindset and affinity for numbers desired
