Product Enablement Principal - SAP Signavio fmd

As a Product Enablement Principle in the SAP LeanIX & Signavio Product Enablement Team, you act as a trusted advisor to all internal and external stakeholders and drive business process management & mining methodology and thought leadership across SAP Signavio and the entire SAP ecosystem. You ensure that SAP Signavio best practices from the field are integrated into scalable knowledge assets, trainings, and other formats that support customers in building successful EA practices that facilitate business transformation.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU

1. Own and drive business process management & mining methodology across SAP Signavio, broader SAP customers, and partners from a product enablement perspective.
2. Further evolve SAP Signavio best practices with a focus on the SAP ecosystem.
3. Guide expert conversations internally within SAP and externally with customers and partners.
4. Distill product knowledge on process excellence in finance and procurement.
5. Work closely with the LeanIX Product Team and subject matter experts from Professional Services, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success to derive Signavio best practices.
6. Collaborate with the Product Knowledge Team to build an engaging learning curriculum for customers, partners, and employees in the SAP and customer ecosystem, including innovative formats and channels like YouTube.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

1. Passionate Process & Mining expert with 10+ years of experience in process and related fields, providing process consulting services or serving as a Business Process Manager in multiple organizations.
2. Deep understanding of processes and mining topics, especially in procurement and finance.
3. Highly empathic with excellent people and coaching skills to engage with C-level executives across business and tech departments.
4. Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP Signavio, with expertise in mining and processes in SAP Signavio following best practices.
5. Personality with a challenger mindset, safeguarding SAP Signavio standards, and capable of driving tough conversations for maximum business impact.
6. Team player capable of handling strategic topics autonomously and connecting with other teams.
