SAP SuccessFactors EC Lead

Cavendish Professionals is looking for a SAP HCM / SuccessFactors EC Consultant (m / f / d) for a remote contract role with an internationally renowned consulting firm in Germany.

You would be responsible for leading a large HR transformation in Germany, working directly with the end client to identify their needs and develop diverse new strategies, as well as supporting / improving the employee experience and HR operational processes.

Your profile :

• Extensive experience in consulting roles using SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, specifically leading Employee Central implementations
• Experience in managing program and project plans.
• Strong communication skills and proactive track record.
• Previous experience with global rollouts.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German
