We are looking for you! We offer a full-time position (40h/week) as a Senior QA Engineer (m/f/d) in one of our locations in either Heidelberg, Berlin, Leipzig or Munich. The offer includes the option of working several days per week in the mobile office .
Your Mission
- Lead both manual and automation testing efforts, with a strong focus on automation
- Analyze, document, and communicate test results effectively
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, providing execution support to various teams
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is considered at every stage of development
- Identify defects early in the development process to minimize the cost and effort required to fix them
Your essential experience and education
- Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, particularly with web applications
- Proven ability to lead and enhance test automation processes
- Keen eye for detail and willingness to iterate to achieve the best results
- Experience with Selenium, CodeceptJS, or similar automation frameworks will be a significant plus
- Skilled in writing tests in JavaScript or TypeScript
- Proficiency with Jenkins CI/CD or other CI/CD tools would be nice to have
- Excellent communication skills in English, with German being a significant plus
- You are familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- You have experience with collaboration tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Confluence
