Job Description

• Assist the CIO with daily operations and key business activities.
• Respond to client and CRM requests related to investment advice, performance, and portfolio management.
• Prepare detailed investment presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance and key investment holdings.
• Manage rebalancing requests to ensure optimal portfolio alignment.
• Maintain up-to-date factsheets on strategic equity investments.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and advisors to support effective execution of investment strategies.
• Conduct market and security-level research to support investment decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial and investment models.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, and multi-asset investment products, with a foundational understanding of portfolio management
• Experience with Bloomberg Professional is an advantage
• Fluent in English and German; French language skills are a plus
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
