We’re looking for a Boutique Manager.
As the boutique manager, you will have the pivotal responsibility to identify and execute comprehensive and 360° boutique plans, as well as developing, engaging, and leading the team.
You will be leading our Boutique in Frankfurt and take on the following missions:
Commercial Performances and Strategic Overview:
- Leverage business opportunities in an omni-channel environment to maximize sales.
- Develop a clear strategy to implement the Maison’s corporate marketing and sales guidelines.
- Drive boutique performances and reinforce New Retail Strategy (e-com, distant sales, traffic management).
- Represent Cartier Maison as a top luxury Maison in the city, at internal meetings, events, and special occasions.
Client Development & Client Experience:
- Enhance and execute exceptional client experiences and build long-term client relationships.
- Ensure a smooth client experience through effective floor management, team feedback, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify and execute client development plans, clienteling initiatives, and client follow-up.
- Build, develop, and maintain a local and international client network.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Act as an inspiring leader and a role model on a daily basis to create a team spirit.
- Build trust-based relationships across the organization.
- Attract and develop a high-performing team through leading, coaching, and training.
Operations & Business Models:
- Uphold boutique operations, audit, and inventories management.
- Constantly improve boutique flows and internal organization.
- Ensure compliance with all Maison guidelines.
- Promote new and existing services and tools.
- Drive best practices and cross-functional collaboration with other boutiques and headquarters.

- Well-groomed, elegant appearance and excellent manners.

- Fluent in German and English.
