2. Custom Creation: Develop tailored applications on the same platform to streamline both internal operations management and customer experiences.
3. Deployment Champion: Support operations managers in seamlessly transitioning ServiceNow applications into production.
4. Integration Architect: Design and implement interfaces and integrations with third-party systems, ensuring smooth data flow.
5. Data Maestro: Work with our data engineering team to coordinate efficient data models.
6. Backlog Boss: Partner with the product owner to maintain (create, prioritize, and update) the product backlog.

1. ServiceNow Savvy: Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform with a deep understanding of its architecture.
2. Solution Specialist: Extensive experience crafting portals, workflows, and the „Customer Service Management“ module.
3. Tech Master: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, REST, and SOAP.
4. Agile Advocate: Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the ServiceNow development approach.
5. Team Player: Enjoy working in a collaborative and highly motivated team environment, readily sharing your knowledge.
6. Skilled Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with consulting expertise in German and English.
