We are a family-owned sales agency passionate about the grocery retail sector (LEH). Our mission is to make brands visible at the point of sale (PoS) through strong field sales performance and excellent back-office support, which keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
While our field team is active daily in stores, our back-office forms the organizational and communicative backbone: consolidating information, coordinating projects, preparing campaigns, and analyzing results. Our back-office team understands retail, speaks the language of sales, and acts as a link between field sales, key account management, and our brand partners.
We are looking for a Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Büromanagement to join our team immediately. You will think along, help shape processes, and enthusiastically support our workflows. Whether managing projects, handling customer contacts, preparing data, or communicating with the field team – you keep an overview and bring structure and energy to our sales daily routine.
This position is available in part-time (25/30 hours) and full-time (38/40 hours).
Responsibilities
Your tasks with us:
- Handling inquiries via phone and email from the field, retail, and customers, including questions about deliveries, product availability, campaigns, customer acquisition, or organizational issues.
- Supporting management with internal processes and daily routines.
- Processing orders , including forwarding to customers or service providers, and following up on questions or delivery issues.
- Maintaining and updating data in CRM systems (customer data, visit reports, campaign feedback, status updates).
- Administrative support for the field team , such as assisting with schedules, sending campaign materials, or coordinating POS materials.
- Supporting internal and external reports and sales materials for meetings, project discussions, or client presentations.
- Ensuring smooth communication between the field, management, and customers, contributing to professional external representation.
- Optional travel to client meetings, trade fairs, and events (low frequency).
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
- Enjoys structured work and communication, both via phone and email.
- Organizational talent, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with digital tools, especially Microsoft 365 and CRM systems, is advantageous.
- Team spirit, initiative, and a service-oriented mindset.
