Join our our Dance Media Network team in Salzburg, Austria and be responsible for overseeing the production of engaging breaking content for RedBull BC One channels with a social focus on Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.

All the responsibilities we\’ll trust you with:
- In this role you\’ll be entitled to work proactively with channel managers to identify content needs and ensure consistent delivery and pipeline of engaging social content for RedBull BC One channels and across Earned, Managed, and Owned platforms. To do so, you\’ll oversee videographers / production partners and manage end-to-end content production process to develop social content formats & identify content opportunities trending across all platforms. Last but not least, you\’ll develop & manage production partner relationships to ensure efficient and effective content pipeline with agile production workflows to capitalize on content opportunities. Your role will touch the full spectrum of content, mostly social, but also 16:9 YouTube and content creation for live productions.
- In this role, you\’ll be expected to understand RedBull BC One\’s vision and strategy in addition to RedBull brand traits – using as a north star for content creation. You\’ll ideate innovative, creator-based formats that serve the overall company objectives and will work with collaborators to develop and foster creator-driven content ideas. Finally, you\’ll be doing platform-based ideation as well as creating concepts based on audience trends, social relevance and a thorough understanding of the digital space.
Profil
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 4+ years as producer of content in multi-channel content creation, ideation and end-to-end production.
- Proven knowledge and network of creators and collaborators specific to the digital and social space,Breaking knowledge considered a major plus.
- Thorough understanding of social trends and the digital content space with best-in-class editorial skills.
- In-depth expertise with digital and social content best practices, and ability to advocate to various internal and external audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively and to foster communication internally and externally, proactive, autonomous, collaborative, problem-solver, planner.
- Team player mentality with strong creative skills ranging from ideation to execution through written and multi-media content.
- Travel 10-20%
