We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, with a focus on securities regulation, and contract negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to our internal team on a variety of matters, including securities law and contract negotiation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and licensing agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist clients in structuring complex transactions and corporate reorganizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to manage legal matters and achieve business objectives.
- Advise senior management on legal risks and opportunities, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in Switzerland.
- 3+ years of experience practicing corporate law at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong understanding of corporate law principles, securities regulation, and contract law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and exceeding client expectations.
