Senior Product Manager (54189)

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager for an international financial service provider headquartered in Vienna.

Role Overview:

As the Senior Product Manager for Mobile, you will define and execute a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the mobile products, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience. You will oversee the full delivery of new mobile products and features, using analysis and insights to simplify and enhance the user experience. A key focus will be on building data-driven products to hyper-personalize the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap in line with the company\’s strategic direction, objectives, KPIs, and consumer needs.
• Conduct analysis and research to identify opportunities to optimize the mobile user experience.
• Collaborate with commercial counterparts to manage the entire product lifecycle.
• Partner with Design and User Experience teams to create a high-quality user experience.
• Define product requirements based on inputs from business units and technical interactions with engineering teams.
• Own, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog.
• Promote the product to internal and external customers/partners.
• Analyze feature performance, product KPIs, and customer feedback to enhance the overall experience.
• Strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong customer orientation to build a best-in-class user experience.
• Innovative mindset to improve user experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to design complex workflows in a user-friendly way.
• Comprehensive understanding of current web and mobile technology and best practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Product Management role, particularly with customer-facing mobile technology. Experience in transactional environments (e.g., banking, insurance) is ideal.
• Educational background in Business Informatics, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to develop and successfully launch new mobile products in line with market needs and company strategy.
• Experience working with distributed teams in a global, multicultural environment is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of agile software development processes.
• Basic data analytics skills.

This position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team on a long-term contractor basis, with a requirement of one day per week in the Vienna office.
