Role Profile

The Senior Consultant will manage relationships and coordinate tasks related to a spinoff from a major client headquartered in Germany. Main responsibilities include:

• Providing technical expertise in classification and labelling of industrial chemicals, safety data sheet authoring, hazard communication using Lisam/SAP software.
• Conducting industrial hygiene, exposure assessments, and global chemical inventory analysis.
• Advising clients on technical and regulatory product issues; planning and conducting workshops in collaboration with clients.
• Developing client relationships through project discussions and demonstrating credibility.
• Supporting business development activities and proposal writing.
• Mentoring junior consultants, especially in Lisam/SAP software proficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in SDS authoring using Lisam/SAP, with relevant project and regulatory experience, and strong project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with ERM experts and maintain project awareness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to attend project meetings, represent ERM at conferences, and participate in relevant expert groups.
• Ability to multitask, remain flexible, and work independently.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in regulatory management.
