Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Brightsmith is partnered with a leading business in the direct-air-capture business who are well funded, and already have a first project on the ground and looking to hire a FP&A expert to join the Finance team. You will report directly into the VP Finance and be a large part of their growth. Experience in a fast paced, high growth environment. 2+ years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis. Looking into budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Conduct an analysis and create reports on business performance, to support strategic decisions. Experience with BI tools.
