Join us at Arthrex as an (Associate) Product Manager Arthroplasty EMEA (f/m/d) in our Product & Marketing Management department in Munich.

Your Tasks

• Conduct market analyses and research, stay informed about innovations in product development, and create marketing materials.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate marketing measures to meet budget targets and ensure optimal resource distribution.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to develop business plans for new products and expansions, and advise on pricing and quality improvements.
• Support the company\’s public image and portfolio through customer visits and participation in trade fairs and events.
• Work with OEM partners and monitor existing products.
• Participate in operations and courses, and explore potential partnerships to expand the product line.

Your Profile

• Degree in human medicine or natural sciences preferred, or a comparable qualification in economics or business administration with experience in orthopaedics and Arthroplasty.
• Experience in product management, strategic marketing, or product development in the life sciences industry.
• Motivated, reliable, responsible, with strong communication skills, confident presentation, and the ability to assert yourself.
• Structured, independent worker, team player.
• Fluent in English and German, proficient in MS Office, SAP, and CRM.
