We are currently seeking an Employee IT Support Service Operations (m/f/x) to expand our IT team at the Haren location. You bring your unique profile, qualifications, talents, and wishes. Your Future Role

1. Classification and forwarding of first-level support requests
2. Hardware maintenance
3. Onsite support activities
4. Management of mobile feature contracts and devices
5. Management of mobile devices, maintenance contracts, consumables, and technician deployments
6. Support for inventories and hardware database maintenance

What You Bring to the Team

• Completed training as an IT specialist or similar qualifications
• First professional experience in customer service/helpdesk/support
• Basic IT knowledge
• Basic knowledge of MS Dynamics or another ERP system (desirable)
• Problem-solving skills and team-oriented mindset
• Good written and spoken English skills (advantageous)
• MS Office proficiency
