We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnerships & Marketing Lead to drive the growth and success of our partner ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic partner initiatives, fostering strong relationships, and maximizing the impact of our partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen, sales and marketing expertise, and leadership skills to lead a high-performing team and achieve ambitious targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coach a team of 6 partner managers, marketing and billing specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
  2. Ensure efficient and scalable processes, set clear goals and expectations, and develop your team members accordingly.
  3. Develop and execute strategic partner initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  4. Identify market opportunities, win new partners (hunt), develop and engage existing partners (farm) to ensure growth.
  5. Identify and address partner needs and challenges, proactively seeking product/tech solutions.
  6. Develop pricing strategies and negotiate partnership agreements, including participation in tenders.
  7. Provide market insights and feedback from partners, as well as partner performance tracking, to inform product development and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Several years of experience in partner management, sales, customer success, account management, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of sales and account management principles and best practices.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  6. Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Hubspot) and marketing automation tools.
  7. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  8. Knowledge of healthcare is a plus.
  9. Fluent in German and English (mandatory).
