Project Manager:in Digital Health (m/f/d) part-time & temporary Project Manager:in Digital Health (m/f/d) Part-time, remote, start 01.09.2025 For innovative applications in women\’s health – limited to 3 years Institut Frauengesundheit GmbH (IFG) focuses on the development of patient-centered digital health solutions in the field of women\’s health. With innovation fund projects such as Family eNav, Mind:Pregnancy, INTEGRATE-ATMP and BETTER-CARE, we are setting standards in digital care. Our interdisciplinary team works closely with experts from the fields of medicine, research and technology to successfully implement innovative applications. We are currently launching the ENDO-EVE project, a nationwide platform for the care of patients with endometriosis. We work on an interdisciplinary basis with university hospitals, medical societies, healthcare researchers, start-ups and technology partners from the field of artificial intelligence. This network enables us to develop digital applications along real care pathways, evaluate them in studies and integrate them sustainably into medical practice. You support the team as a project manager for digital health apps and software development What tasks and prospects does the position involve? Conception, management and further development of digital applications (app/web) – from the idea to the product launch. Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams (medicine, IT, research) and interface management between specialist areas. Co-designing the UX/UI in collaboration with designers and developers. Interface with medical departments, clinical partners and patients as part of participatory development (co-creation). Development of new product ideas using agile methods such as design thinking. Creation of decision templates and presentations for stakeholders. Managing external service providers and ensuring quality. Profile – What do we want? A degree (e.g. computer science, public health, health economics, life sciences or comparable qualification) with ideally 2-5 years of professional experience. Experience in digital health projects Ideally knowledge of the regulatory requirements for medical devices (e.g. MDR, DiGA) Knowledge of common tools for app/web development, project management and prototyping (e.g. Figma, Jira, Notion) Interest in healthcare research, UX/Usability and AI-supported therapy or workflow support.
