Responsibilities

1. Take the lead in developing high-performance ignition coils.
2. Manage the ignition coil R&D team and build a strong talent pipeline.
3. Guide the overall development process of ignition coils, including product technical reviews, and provide support for manufacturing processes and quality assessments, ensuring the final product meets customer requirements with optimal cost-performance.

Qualifications

1. Must have led the development of ignition coils with energy output of 200 mJ or above.
2. Solid foundation in electromagnetic theory and strong technical development capabilities.
3. Preferred background in leading companies such as Hitachi, Delphi, BorgWarner, Eldor, or UAES (United Automotive Electronic Systems).
