Staffing & Ressource Manager
Immediately, full-time, permanent, in our Munich office. What will you do?
- Serve as the central interface between our partners and consultants, ensuring smooth project staffing.
- Plan and coordinate the optimal deployment of our internal and external resources, maintaining close contact with decision-makers.
- Consider client requirements as well as the strengths, interests, and development paths of our employees.
- Advance the development of our freelancer network both operationally and strategically, and further develop our processes for collaborating with external experts to fill content and capacity gaps.
What do you bring?
- A university or college degree, e.g., in business administration or psychology; more important than your specific field is your professional experience and cultural fit.
- At least 4 years of experience in staffing and resource management, ideally from management consulting.
- Familiarity with dynamic project environments and HR processes related to project business.
- Experience with freelancers and talent pool management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and good intuition for people and competencies.
- Structured working style, able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written.
